Tracy, who managed our pool cleaning schedule, was always available to answer our questions and made sure the whole process went smoothly. She kept everything on track and always let us know right away if there were any updates. Since this was our first time getting professional pool cleaning, Tracy took the time to walk us through every step. Brayden, our main technician, was also fantastic—he came out several times to make sure everything was just right and explained all the different cleaning options we could choose from. He was very knowledgeable about pool care and gave us great advice on how to keep our pool sparkling clean. The crew that came out to do the cleaning and maintenance was hardworking and professional, even working through the Florida heat to get the job done. They paid attention to every detail, from scrubbing the tiles to making sure the pool deck and surrounding area were spotless. The team also handled some extra services for us like checking the pool equipment, cleaning the filters, and making sure the water was perfectly balanced. Overall, our pool has never looked better.    Bright Blue Pros Pools & Spas showed true professionalism and skill when taking care of our community pools. Brayden and the team did a fantastic job resurfacing both our large 70,000-gallon pool and a smaller one, keeping us updated every step of the way. They were always polite, worked hard, and made sure everything was finished on time. Brayden made sure I understood everything clearly, so there were never any surprises. The regular pool cleaning and maintenance have been excellent, with the pools always sparkling clean and any small problems handled fast. I highly recommend their pool cleaning services and will definitely keep using them in the future.

   Bright Blue Pros Pools & Spas did an outstanding job with my pool! I recently had a new control board installed, and the technician, Brayden, really knew his stuff. He took the time to walk me through the app setup, which made things so much easier. The price was much better compared to other places I checked. While Brayden was here, he also took care of a thorough filter cleaning as part of their regular maintenance. The office team was friendly and kept me informed about the schedule every step of the way. Excellent pool service all around!

   Tracy and Brayden are a fantastic pool service team! A while back, we had just put in a new pool and during the hot Florida summer, the water started turning green very quickly. Tracy made time to come out for an emergency pool cleaning and got everything back to crystal clear before it got worse. Ever since then, the pool service has been outstanding. We always recommend their professional pool care to friends and neighbors. Don’t try to handle all the pool chemicals yourself—let the experts manage it! Tracy is friendly, always in a good mood, and really knows pools. He even set up our pool remote so we can control everything from our phones. Truly excellent service!
