Do not use this service!!! I asked them to come out to clean and fix specifically for a yellow algae problem in my pool. Their tech, who I was told was training a new tech on my pool, didn’t even realize or remember that he didn’t brush the pool (even though there was a yellow fuzz all over the walls and floor) and just removed the few leaves in the pool and called it “fully cleaned” but my pool looked exactly the same after they left and in the after pictures they sent! I tried to notify the owner and let them know the job was not done correctly, or really at all, and I was argued with that they had brushed the pool and that the algae all just went right back to where it was within minutes, which I know is very untrue with taking care of my own pool. I had to then video myself cleaning the pool only 30 minutes after they left to show them that it was not done and how it should be brushed and vacuumed before the owner then admitted that I was correct and they did not do the job after they asked the techs. I told the owner it does nothing to vacuum a pool before brushing, especially since I vacuum daily, and that it is scary that their trainer didn’t even address the yellow algae when that was the only reason they were coming to help, and the owner said he agreed with everything I said and yelled at his employees saying the same things I did. With that I was told I needed to brush and vacuum my own pool and then I was sent a bill to pay them for a “full cleaning”. Honestly I think they owe me money for doing their job for them.
The Cabana Pool team have been amazing since day 1. My pool has been maintained every week on my scheduled day without fail and it’s been clean and clear since hiring them. They are super responsive and very friendly!
