Wow wow wow!!! I am beyond ecstatic about the entire experience our family had with Callen Pool. I am by no means a pool guy or know the first thing about a pool, beside my wife and pit-bull love splashing around in our saltwater pool. Well Taylor and Snoop where very sad when our pool pump went out. Now we have a pool guy, but he sold his company and well our pool sat for a couple weeks with no water circulation or any type of cleaning. So I started calling around with no luck. I would get the same story, Nobody has pumps they’re all two weeks out minimum you have to order one. Then I called Callen and spoke to a very helpful, very knowledgeable young man. He said he would call the owner who was on his way to the supply house. A few short minutes later I was driving down to pick up my new 3.0 HP IntellaPro VSF Pump!!! When we got there there was no pressure or sales approach, the team was great made us feel like family and we even purchased a new pool sweep, the MX8 Elite!! I just installed it all myself and I am so impressed with the performance of the sweep it’s absolutely a monster!!! Thank you to the Callen family and team you guys are the best!

This is a fantastic local pool shop! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, the prices are fair for a local shop, and the service is friendly.
The owner went above and beyond by helping me disassemble my old pump and assemble my new one. He spent at least 45 minutes and put in a lot of effort but didn’t charge me anything for his time. That kind of service is rare!
We should definitely support local businesses like this one. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Callen Pool Supply! What a great experience we had working with both Everett and Scott. Our pool pump quit working and I called them to get some advice. Scott was so helpful, patient and kind over the phone, and provided great information. Went in today and we were able to get fixed up without having to buy a new pump, just as Scott suggested over the phone. Everett is a whiz at fixing anything and both he Scott are very knowledgeable and fun to chat with. I highly recommend this business and will return with any repairs we need in the future.
Callen pool supply is a perfect example for why supporting a small local business is a great investment. They’re highly experienced folks who want to share what they know which is an invaluable asset to the community. There’s nothing more valuable than walking into a place and talking to someone with years of experience to guide you through a solution.
