   First Last

   Disappointed how nearly every park, Arboretum, Preserve closes at 4pm, 5pm, 6pm or sunset. Why? Put up lights so people can get exercise at night. Coming from Arizona where parks are open to 11pm or 2am… it was pretty shocking. Give people the ability to get free exercise!

   I could not be more satisfied with my experience. My husband and I recently decided to get married at Jessie Ball DuPont Park and I had to go through this agency for permitting. I can’t say enough great things about Monique Burton who assisted me from start to finish. She was great in her response time to emails, was always friendly on the phone when I had questions, and even found a solution to resolve a parking concern I had. She went above and beyond to provide a quality experience and she was consistently professional in each interaction.

   I’ve been trying to get answers about Ed Austin Park for years. They have had a sign up saying “new playground coming soon” for 3 or 4 years. I’ve called and left a message with no callback. I’ve emailed and have not gotten messages back. There should be better standards for the city of Jacksonville than this.

   Have went to three to four parks recently. All bathrooms secured. Some picnic tables missing for over a month. I hope this is an indication that our county taxes will decrease. Absolutely a disaster.

   Women’s bathrooms.. only 1 stall available to actually use, one was out of order and the other one was over flowing… It was absolutely disgusting.
