Our pool tuned out Great!! It was a smooth process it only took 3 months from when they started digging to completion. Our project manager Elon, was extremely helpful, understanding and patient as he guided us through the build process. All contact with Cody Pools staff has been easy and pleasant.
Any concerns were dealt with swiftly and professionally. Two of our neighbors and others in our community have Cody Pools.
After researching companies & reading many, many reviews, we went with Cody Pools. From the beginning, our project manager Steve was amazing! You can tell he is honest, upfront, definitely patient and professional! Total length of project was 11 weeks. He was involved in every step and made weekly visits to check his crews progress!
Mark was also great in teaching us “pool school” to learn about how to treat the water and keep chemicals at proper levels! Even diving in after pool was filled to make sure pool lines were clean of debris and made sure pump system was working properly!
After pool completion, the same crew cleaned the area between pool and fence to lay turf for our dogs! As you can see from photos, it is a beautiful site!
This is DEFINITELY an investment in which you shouldn’t take lightly and your installer is the key!
So glad I went with Cody pools and cannot say enough of what a blessing it was to have Steve overlook our project literally from start to finish!
Cannot stop screaming the praises of Steve and Cody Pools! From the moment we stepped in the show room to ending with Pool School, everyone was beyond professional and helpful. Every step of the process was laid out for us and our questions were answered so quickly whenever we had them. Our pool/spa/and deck were completed in just under 9 weeks which was extremely impressive given it was around the holidays. Highly recommend Cody Pools!
Cody Pools did a great job. From digging up my old fiberglass pool and replacing it with a new modern gunite pool. It is a long process and very stressful. Steve was there every step of the way answering all of our questions. He was readily available by phone returning all calls in a timely matter. Steve put as at ease through the design and build with great ideas and color suggestions.
We were BLOWN AWAY by how incredible of a build job the Cody Pools team did. Steve was our designer and Pat was our project manager.
The level of quality both of every team who came by and the materials used was bar-none. Everyone was meticulous and we hit zero snags along the way.
The project took exactly 8 weeks from dig day so it really flew by. Pat was in touch every step of the way with incredible communication and attention-to-detail.
We’re so glad we went with them over everyone else. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a pool to be built right, with attention-to-detail and to be happy with it for a lifetime.
