   Excellent customer service. The team is very friendly. You will leave wanting to comeback. I take my water to test there. They are very knowable to advise what needs to be done with water problems. When I needed a special service and they were too busy. They recommended another Pool service to help me right away. Highly recommended.

   I go here to get my water tested for my ingrown pool. This is a very good place to go if you need to learn how to keep your pool in top shape. If you like to talk with friendly staff, this is the place to go. The prices are a little more than if you go online but yhe difference is that these guys can walk you through all of your questions so it is worth the extra help. For those new to testing your pool water, their tester is more elaborate than a pool strip test. Although they sell those as well. You can get pretty much everything you need here. The store is small in size but it is always busy and they are always fully staffed. They make sure that they answer all of your questions so don’t be shy. Ask away, I’m always entertained by the stories I hear while I’m there.

   We had this company build our pool 2 years ago – painful process but Charlie was good to work with and the pool seems to be good. However, after that they have been extremely difficult to work with for service and maintenance. They took our filters last year and could not find them this spring. I would have picked them up if they called me to tell me they were ready. I called them over the winter to ask if they had them because we would need them for start-up – they said they did.

   So when they came out to start up the pool – they just started it with NO filters – DID NOT TELL ME that there were no filters. I had to call them because the pool was not getting clean- they said there were filters – I opened it up – no filters.

   I had to call several times to find out what they were going to do – they said they had found them. They came and installed them when I was not home. Turns out that they put some very old filters back in our system – not the originals.

   They do not ever, ever return a call. You have to call them 2 or 3 times to follow-up. They all just say what ever story they want to make up – without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly do not know how they stay in the supplies and service part of the business.

   They seem nice – but not truthful.
