Coral Pool and Spa did a fantastic job of remodeling our 53 year old pool! Their team of workers were very professional, polite and worked very hard to get this job completed before the contract date. Out of six estimates they ended up being in the middle. We chose them because they are a family operated business that’s been in the area for many years, has a good track record and keeps their workers in-house and not hired out to a bunch of subcontractors. A special thanks to Jose and worker bee Fernando for going the extra mile. We chose a mini pebble finish in aqua white and couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Thanks!!! 😊
They did a fantastic job with our pool and hardscape remodel! The owners Jose and Anthony were extremely personable, helpful and patient, so was the rest of the team.
The whole team coordinated very well and provided help along the whole process from design, material purchase, pool spec details and hardscape details. As they have a local office, I was able to see and select the different coping, waterline tiles and plaster finish with Anthony’s help right there. They also handled the whole permitting and inspection process and put me at ease. The whole project went efficiently and smoothly. Their crew was very considerate, polite, and cleaned up the area everyday before they left.
Most of all, they stand by their warranty and quality, and came back to address minor issues I raised right away. I went with them since they’re a family owned business that’s been oeprating in the area for decades and have the most extensive warranty compared to others. Highly recommended.
I’m not someone who gives five-star reviews lightly, but Coral Pool and Spa absolutely deserves it. Their exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, and highly responsive, respectful crew made this a standout experience.
We have an 18,000-gallon inground pool that needed replastering and new tile work. We were looking for high-quality results at a competitive price—without ruining our beautiful backyard with mature trees. Coral’s crew was knowledgeable, dependable, and committed to quality from start to finish.
Initially, we had concerns after reading a negative review about plaster bubbling, so we were a bit hesitant. But going with Coral Pool and Spa turned out to be the right decision—we have no regrets. They took extra care by covering our trees and windows with protective plastic, and within 24 hours of finishing, it was hard to tell that major concrete work had even been done.
Huge kudos to Jose and his team for a job well done!
We worked with Anthony and Jose to refurbish our 23 year old pool. Tile and plaster need replacing as well as upgrades for code updates, LED lighting and an auto pool filler. they and their four dedicated crews were very pleasant to work with. Courteous and hard working bunch! The 3 week completion stretched to four due to late delivery of custom tile. But once it arrived, no time was wasted between remaining phases of the project. We are extremely pleased with the results. The pebble finish sparkles in the sunlight and is perfectly complementary to the glass “fish scale” tile I chose. when i told my pool guy in mid may we were going to resurface the pool he asked if I did not want to swim this summer. He was wrong. one week until the 4th and we are enjoying the pool and are just in time for the first big heat wave of the summer.
The pool itself is fine, I’m reviewing the hardscaping/drainage done by Coral. They recommended travertine pavers, which from the beginning were way hotter and slippier than they said. The installation was uneven in places and is now causing tripping, and many of the tiles have grown larger gouges which are very unappealing. I also told them the little drain they dug to the sewer has flooded several times from rain even though its kept clear of debris.
They said they would quote me for repairs but there’s been no further contact from them since they were last out here a year ago. So in addition to the initial 28k cost of the paving I will be out the cost of hiring someone else to rectify this.
I do not recommend Coral or travertine around your pool.
