The staff was amazing! The overnight shift ( female) on 2/10 was very accommodating upon my check-in! The lady assisting Starbucks in the morning was super kind and friendly, and Olivia at the Front Desk was over the top in assisting with a personal issue I had. I am very grateful and happy with the service I received, especially as a single female traveling by herself.
OK, I’m going to give you a comparison because I stated the hotel next-door as well. This hotel had a very nice lobby and we paid extra for breakfast at the bistro which had limited options but the people who work the bistro were very nice. no fault of the hotels but two of the four days I was unable to go down to eat, so I missed out on the breakfast, even though I paid for it. The check-in process was good . The room itself the beds were regular. The room was clean. The water pressure was good. I had to ask for clean towels because the ones in the room had an awful smell to it. they promptly bought me clean towels. again, no fault of the hotels but someone stayed next to us for two days who was talking loud playing music up to 3 o’clock in the morning and it seemed like the walls were paper thin I started to complain, but decided not to because I didn’t want cause any trouble and I did not want to change rooms. The location of this hotel is great because you can walk right to the bus stop and get anywhere you want to. The only drawback is we had to schedule an Uber to bring us to the hotel. it would be nice if they provided a shuttle.
I usually stay at Hilton Hotels, I was pleased with the Marriott! This location is central and close to downtown. All front desk and bistro staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were up to date, clean and we enjoyed the balcony. Overall definitely recommend!
I’m a client of the Marriott hotel chains for over 15 years and I can say that the customer service I have experienced by this courtyard has been one of the best ones. The service I received by Noemi and staff was very professional and efficient; taking the time to listen to my concerns and needs, making me feel as a valued Marriott customer. Noemi showed extremely care and excellent attitude answering all my questions with great attitude and politeness. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for its great service!!
I stay at a lot of Marriott properties as I travel for work a lot. This location is not worth over 95 a night. The owner is ripping people off. The rooms have had a face lift but not a true renovation so the pictures look beter then it is.
Popcorn ceelings, stained carpet, and while the other Marriott properties not even 500 feet away don’t charge for parking this location does. 20 a day for self parking. Is it in the city limits? Yes. Is it in douwn town near any sites to warrebt parking absolutly not. The parking lot has debree and qnd sidewalks with bird droppings. If this was a true down town location near sky scrapers and hire end property I could see the 6 buck water etc.
Also if you are someone who parks first and just brings your stuff in that way you just check in and go to the room be aware they issue you a “permit” you must put out on your dash. The staff is friendly and the room is clean.
