We have been using cleaning services from Crown Pools for several years. They perform full service cleaning and maintenance on our pool including addressing any parts replacements for pool equipment and the automatic cleaner. They show up every week, rain or shine, and do a great job keeping the pool clean and ready for our enjoyment.
Scott who was our first service technician from Crown now leads the cleaning staff. He is fantastic and all of the staff he has trained and supervised over the years have done a great job. We recently had a change in service technician. Our new tech, Madison, has done a great job so far and is very polite and personable.
We are happy to recommend Crown for your service needs.
We have used Crown Pools for two separate builds. The quality of construction is unsurpassed! There are no hidden fees like the competition. We have also referred several friends to Crown and everyone of them has been amazed at the work they do. John Eaton has been amazing and always stood by his work. We will definitely use Crown for any future needs and certainly recommend them to all of our friends and family.
I’ve been with Crown for probably the last eight years. They were always very responsive to problems, sometimes the technician would FaceTime me after hours and help me make adjustments to valves, or diagnose problems if needed. I was happy they were able to build the pool at my new house at a fair price, as well. From conception to design to construction, no problems everything as or better than expected. Now David R their technician continues to visit the pool weekly and fine-tune, clean, etc. Great attention to detail and always communicates with the home office about any issues. Send me updates on chemistry by email so I always know what’s going on. They also offer a fair monthly price that includes the necessary chemistry. I highly recommend Crown Pools and my builder and friends have had equally excellent experiences.
We are extremely pleased with the pool renovation that Steve helped us with. Steve’s expertise and foresight was a pleasure to work with. He understood what we wanted and coached us along the way, keeping our wants realistic and achievable. Steve is respected within the pool renovation community as evidenced by our conversations with the subs he used, a comforting thing to have on your side. Steve’s foreman, Garrett, did a superb job representing Steve and keeping us updated on the schedule. Garrett is a hard worker and an incredible asset to Crown Pools.
To say the least, we love our new pool, especially knowing that Steve will be standing behind his work as evidenced by our continued relationship thus far.

Crown Pools remodeled our pool in the spring. Not only is it a showpiece, it stays that way with the quality cleaning service they provide. Will, our pool maintenance person, always arrives on the scheduled day and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right.
We tried 2 other pool companies before we found Crown. One tried to sell us a filter we didn’t need and they were both unprofessional. I highly recommend Crown and hope this review gets Will a raise. 😎
