   We are very pleased with the attention and service provided by Davis Pools for the past year. We had a very severe pollen storm right before Easter and expected family in town for the holiday. Pool Jack was very responsive and helped us restore our pool to perfection right in time for our guests. Anytime we have any questions regarding our pool he is always very quick to respond. His pricing is also very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

   Jack and his team have no interest in maintaining pool chemistry or properly cleaning the pool. They don’t rinse out the skimmer baskets or seat them properly in the well. They don’t test the pool chemistry. I had zero free chlorine just 2 days after service. The pH was way too high as well as the CYA. The pool was very cloudy one time and they did nothing about it when they came out. I had to call them back to fix their sub-par work. When I confronted them about the dirty skimmer baskets, Jack denied responsibility rather than man up and fix it. I’m going to find a real professional to maintain my pool instead of Jack and his 10-year-old employee. The pictures are AFTER they “cleaned” the pool!

   So is 1 star too harsh? No, I trusted Jack to take care of my pool, but his carelessness with cleaning and lack of understanding of pool chemistry has jeopardized the health of my family, me and my biggest investment, my home. I was willing to just fire him and move on, but he denied any wrongdoing when I pointed out yet another problem with his service. Then came the harassing text messages and accusations.    Jack, buy the Taylor pool testing kit. Read the manual and actually use the kit. You WILL learn something.

   Jack and team are top notch. I had an issue with a filter and my current pool company, who I’d been a customer with for over 6 years, made it worse and really did not want to help.

   Jack answered on the first ring, came out within an hour to check out my pool and equipment, and was able to get my new filter installed within 3 days. I have since fired my previous pool cleaning company and awarded the pool to Jack.

   Any pool company can do a decent job when everything is going well. Great companies do an outstanding job when there is a problem. This is where Davis Pools shines. Jack and his staff truly care about your needs and issues and work tirelessly to ensure total customer satisfaction.

   They get it and that matters.
