   Dorian and Construction absolutely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, their professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were top tier. They didn’t just “do” our backyard, they designed the layout, constructed everything from the ground up, and brought the entire vision to life.

   The transformation was incredible. The quality of the work, the flow of the design, and the final result truly speak for themselves. You can tell they take pride in what they do and care about delivering results that go above and beyond.

   We had a great experience with Dorian Pools and Construction in El Paso, Texas. From the first conversation to the final result, everything was smooth and stress-free. The team was friendly, honest, and really knew what they were doing.

   They walked us through the entire pool build, answered all our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way.

   Like most people I got multiple quotes. Some showed up and some did not, some said they couldn’t do this or that. But Miguel with Dorian construction was congenial and was willing to work with me no matter what my project entailed. I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work and his ethics, if I was to do another pool, he would be my first choice.

   Aim High

   Miguel Mercado has been customer service oriented and his goal is to ensure that his customers are happy. The process took about 3 months to complete.

   We went through phase 1 (outline of the pool, digging, plumbing) in less than 2 weeks, phase 2 and 3 took much longer than anticipated.

   Since I have established landscaping, my yard was destroyed by the bobcat and equipment, the brick laid out in our yard has been affected and the sprinkler system as well. Note that the customer is fully responsible for replacing and repairing any damages. This issue may very well be the case with all pool builders. I’m pointing this out so customers know what to expect.

   Overall, I had a decent experience with the contract employees that Dorian Construction used, the pool looks great and I am looking forward to many bbq’s and family pool parties.
