Our experience has been excellent! We have a gorgeous new pool, hot tub repaired, and they fixed our old pool equipment! This is a top notch company with a quality product! Craig helped us at the beginning and he was great. AJ did a fantastic job with the installation, highly recommended! You will be very happy if you select this company, they are superb! Edgewater Pools replaced our liner a few weeks ago. Craig Keeton was responsive to our needs and his crew did a great job. AJ was especially knowledgeable and worked hard on the job – he’s definitely a keeper. The liner looks great!

I had a new pump put in and thought the electrician may have wired something wrong because by computer wasn’t reading salt or temperature anymore. I called Edgewater (they didn’t install the pump) and they came out and fixed my issue when they said they would and for a reasonable price. They very easily could have told me I needed a new motherboard but they were honest and just reprogrammed it. They will be my go to people for now on.
Simply the best. Great communication and the attention to detail was incredible.
Dorothy (DeeDee) is awesome! She is never more than a phone call or text away and knows what she’s doing. She’s a great asset to Edgewater Pool Service! We had a stain show up in the pool (presumably from iron in the water before they installed the water treatment system) and DeeDee knew what to do to take care of the stain.
