We had our pool finished in March 2022. The design of the pool was lovely and we were happy with the look of the final product. However, afterward we had a few quality issues with our waterfalls due to the slope causing leaking in the back wall of the pool, creating mold and cracking. They were worked on a couple times after finishing the pool, but the issue continued to get worse and I was embarrassed and worried to invite people over to swim. We are so appreciative to Austen Grimes, he had them cleaned up and repaired so we can enjoy our pool again! He listened to our concerns and was prompt in helping us resolve the issue. We would definitely recommend him as a concept designer and project manager, he did a great job with both!
We worked with Emerald Pools a few months ago and we have no regrets at all. They use very high quality materials. Their general manager Austen is an excellent person, very attentive and helpful. The pool cleaning team also does an outstanding job. We were always treated with respect and we highly recommend this company for any projects.
We recently had our entire backyard renovated and pool built with Emerald Custom Pools and we’re really happy with the finished product. The craftsmanship is excellent and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful addition to our home that we’re already enjoying. The team was professional and took care of us to make sure we were pleased with everything till the end. All in all, we’re pleased with the outcome and would recommend Emerald Customs Pools.
Emerald Custom Pools is the company to choose to build your custom pool. They have a top notch oversight team and in house construction crew, masons, etc. My project manager Hunter was excellent in running the entire project. I didn’t have to worry about anything as he took care of it all. He was available by phone or text anytime and is an excellent communicator! I loved the 3D pool rendering to visualize the final project. I made a lot of additions and changes and they just rolled with it and offered professional guidance. My pool and yard ended up beyond my expectations. I have received so many compliments on the pool and yard. If you are even just thinking about building a pool call Emerald and they will make your dream come true! Oh and definitely ask if Hunter is available for your project manager.
