Our experience with Epic Pools was outstanding from start to finish. Our sales reps, Doug and Connor, helped us get the most pool for our money while bringing our backyard vision to life.
Our project manager, Nick, along with the office staff – especially Tracy – and our pool tech, Chris, were all a pleasure to work with. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with weekly updates outlining what to expect in tge coming week. Nick had a great eye for detail and ensured our project stayed on track and went exactly as planned.
The various crews working on the project did an excellent job, our yard and job site were always left clean at the end of each workday. The final result is a beautiful pool and patio, and we couldn’t be happier. We would not hesitate to recommend Epic Pools to anyone considering a pool installation.
I don’t normally review companies but this time I am making an exception. We just completed a pool build and had an exceptionally good experience with Epic Pools. From sales (Doug), office (Tracy) , project management (Dylan) and pool tech (Chris), we were treated professionally and all services were delivered as promised both with scheduling and construction quality. The crews were friendly and everyone picked up at the end of the day. Our pool and spa are beautiful. There were a couple modifications to the pool cage that made it even better than we imagined. Building a pool is a major investment. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend Epic Pools
If you’re building a pool in Jacksonville, do yourself a favor and call Epic Pools. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and honestly better than we expected.
Conner did an incredible job on the design. He listened to what we wanted and turned it into something even better — the layout, finishes, lighting, and overall flow are just perfect. He really brought the vision to life.
Nick, our project manager, was fantastic. He kept everything on schedule, communicated clearly, and made the whole process feel easy. While we were out of town during construction, a breaker tripped — and Nick personally went to our house to reset it. That kind of service and ownership says everything.
Chris handled the pool start-up and did a great job balancing the chemicals and programming the water features exactly how we wanted them. Everything runs beautifully.
One thing we really appreciated — they did not nickel and dime us with add-ons or surprise charges. The pricing was fair and transparent throughout the entire process.
The craftsmanship and attention to detail from the whole team were outstanding. Epic Pools didn’t just build us a pool — they completely transformed our backyard. We’ve been so pleased that we’ll also be using them for weekly maintenance.
