Showed up to clean my pool and pool was cloudy more after service. Showed up second day to finish still not clear. Supposed to get filter acid wash, looks like it was sprayed at a car wash took them 30 minutes to clean filter unheard of . Owner say wait until next day waited over 16 hours pool Still cloudy. Ask for owner to come check
. No refund no call or text back. Had to hire another company to clean. Right away the chemical levels were low. Guess technian forgot to add proper chemicals or at least be professional enough to inform me that the levels were low. Absolute ridiculous service. theywinpoocloudy and technician didn’t fasten my filter so now filter leaking g as well.

My client was very happy with there work. She was extremely satisfied with their response time, ethic, customer service,especially from the office lady. Very pleased with the staff as well.
Can’t recommend Eraland’s Pools and Construction enough! They went above and beyond and was by for the most responsive contractor I’ve had here in the El Paso area. Eraland not only remodeled my pool, spa, and replaced my pool equipment, but also rebuilt a 100ft by 16ft rock retaining wall. Always on time, excellent quality, and best price around.
I love this pool company! They do a great job at a reasonable price. So happy to have finally found my pool company, I would recommend them to anyone!
