We used Express Pools to re-plaster our 16 year old pool a couple months ago. We got 4 bids from local companies and chose Express for reasons outlined below. While we weren’t without issues, Express Pools’ responsiveness to those issues made up for any problems we had and is the reason I stayed at 5 stars. Bottom line they did exactly what we agreed to, provided the most detailed estimate before the job, were the most cost competitive, did the work within a couple weeks of our plaster and tile selections and we ended up with a beautiful pool that looks brand new. On top of that, Express was extremely responsive to every single one of our emails and calls. Really great customer service. Definitely recommend.
Express Pool Plastering & Repairs did our pool renovation. The staff were very professional and responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. The various crews that did the work were efficient and professional as well. An excellent job all around. Plus, the price was right.

We asked our neighbors and friends for pool company renovation recommendations. We had 5 companies to look at but we found Express through google. I was sold on the fact that the workers were all Express employees, the history of the company and their competitive pricing. After completion, I know we made the best choice in choosing them. On time, careful work to detail and all promises kept.
Overall I was pleased with the price and timeline. Can’t give five starts because workmanship seemed to be lacking. I have two long white streaks about six inches wide and several feet long on the bottom as if the pebble was not evenly applied. At this point it is what it is but I called them to let them know and they only asked if I had used a robotic cleaner, and of course I had not. The directions clearly state not to use a robotic cleaner and all I have is a Polaris 380. It is not horrible but could have been better.
