Essick from family first pool services works on my pool each week and does an incredible job. Every week I feel like my pool is brand new again and we use it a lot so I know he is putting a lot of work into it! All the people at family first have been wonderful, I just wish that I could remember everyone’s name because the service has always been exceptional. I use them for both my house and a rental house that I own. Prior to finding family first, I tried several other companies and there is no comparison.
Im new to this company and I thought my pool looked pretty good before they started but whatever you did today has my pool looking AMAZING. Just day one and I can see a difference already. I love the fact that the email after pool is service doesn’t just show chemicals before and how much has been added ( like my last pool company), they send a complete check list of what was done all together. Keep my pool how you have it now and you won’t be able to pay me to leave this company. Thank you!
Very happy with the service we receive from Andre. He’s thorough and not rushing through the service. Since we switched compainies to family first and have Andre service the pool weekly, the difference has really been amazing. He emails exactly what he’s done..what needs to be done also takes photos of pool after he’s finished. Thanks Andre!
Family First does an amazing job cleaning our pool. Both Andre previously and now Anthony have shown that every technician is knowledgeable, reliable, and takes great pride in their work. Highly recommend!
I’ve been with Family First for a year and I am very happy with the service we receive from our previous technician Andre and our current technician Anthony. They’re very thorough and do not rush through the process of maintaining our pool system. They text us when they’re enroute and email exactly what they’ve done.l and or what needs to be done with photos of pool after they’re finished. Thanks Andre and Anthony for the outstanding service. Always on time and very professional and polite. Highly recommended.
