The gentlemen at FM Pools are so very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and off the charts helpful. As legitimately busy as this business is; because they are that Awesome, they will still do everything in their power and go the extra mile to meet the customers needs. I couldn’t possibly give this business a more enthusiastic recommendation. They get all the Stars!
Called to inquire as to if they offer free estimates, and was literally given some story, that made zero sense to the topic at hand, about how 90% of people are poor or something along those lines.
Wanted them to come look at our pool pump, and get it fixed. Certainly didn’t expect free work and asked about the estimate since most places offer free estimates.
Dude was obnoxious and rude. Time for y’all to go out of business.
I needed one specific item and they had it. Additionally, Fred went the extra mile to explain everything and provide great customer service. Thank You!
FM Pools is great for the service and supplies they provide. But what really has me as a continuous customer is the most excellent customer service! Very well spoken and with years of knowledge they have behind them, they always give it to you straight. Never trying to make you buy something. They simply tell you what you need and what they can offer! Perfect example of a great business!
Truly shockingly bad service. I cannot understand the good reviews. These guys stood me up four separate times. They did say they were sorry and that they were overbooked, but I wasted a ton of time waiting for them and now it’s pool season and I have to wait for another company to schedule me. Their prices are low and I got reeled in that way. They are clearly very busy so I don’t think they’re going to cry over losing me as a customer. I wish them all the best but hope this review saves someone else from losing a month waiting for appointments that never happen.
