Changed out an old gas furnace to a new Jandy pool/ spa furnace . I wanted the unit vented thru the roof of my pool shed and they did a great job. Can’t wait to use my spa during the holidays! Thank you Alan and Alex!
We’ve been using Freedom Pool Services for several years now. We’ve found them to be really knowledgable AND reliable (things that were sorely missing from previous companies we had used!) They have also helped us with various installs (for example, solar cover) and have always been super helpful and professional.
They keep me well informed by texting when the crew would arrive. They showed up on time , did a professional job and let me know all about their process. Answered all of my questions.
Overall they did a great job.
I’ve used them a few times. They do good work and are friendly. I’ve always been happy with the results. I think their work estimating process could be more customer friendly. They email an estimate but won’t tell you their availability to schedule the work until you commit to hire them. You don’t know if it’ll be one week or one month. I just had $5k worth of work done (new pool heater and other equipment) and they would not tell me their availability until I hired them, kind of annoying, but the work was excellent.
Technician was in and out quickly. The motor is running beautifully. Extremely quiet. Freedom Pools beat all pricing for replacement equipment and repair.
