Thank you, Gary pools for bringing out JJ. He did an excellent job at our property. Long story short we had a company do our pool deck and didn’t cover our pool. They made the bottom of our pool look really bad. Gary’s pool brought JJ out and he put in work. Just look at the before and after pictures. Excellent job by J.J. Our pool looks great again
Our journey with Gary Pools started out a little rocky, but ended up fantastic! We had some issues with communication with our design person, however, that was handled quickly by the owner and resolved professionally.
After that little hiccup, everything went great. Our Project Manager, Todd Allen was fantastic! He was very communicative in every step of the way letting us know that it would take 10 to 12 weeks as discussed and there would be some days where no one would show up as they were letting things settle or cure. Todd always answered his phone and came out multiple times when we had concerns or questions without hesitation.
He was always friendly and willing to help guide us through the process of owning a new pool.
Even after the pool was completed, he still continued to check in and see if we had any questions or concerns and told us to always give him a call down the line if anything came up. If we were ever concerned about the way anything looked or not satisfied he made sure to get it fixed quickly as he continued to tell us “If we weren’t happy with it, he would make sure to make it right so that we were completely happy with the results”. Which we really appreciated! His years of experience really showed, and we would highly recommend him to anybody who’s looking to put in a new pool!
Raymond, from Gary Pools came by recently to fix a pool light that was not working. Turned out it was something very simple – a tripped GFCI outlet. He was very pleasant, professional and fast. I also would like to comment on the overall process of having my existing pool renovated. I first learned it was a Gary Pool from another pool company that had come out to give me an estimate. They recognized the shape and design. They recommended I contact Gary Pools. So I did. I was impressed that they still had the original information from this pool in their computer system from when it was originally built around 1982! They gave me a healthy discount too because it was an original Gary Pool. Once the process was started, it went amazingly fast. From start to finish it took less than two weeks. The various crews were quick and professional. I now own a pool that has fresh plaster walls/floor, new pump/filter, new pool light, new tiles, and a new skimmer. All much less expensive than starting out with a new pool from scratch. I would like to thank Matthew Leitko, project manager, Anthony Daratt, Design Specialist and Valerie in the office who was always helpful. I would also like to commend Manuel, a foreman along with Joseph a lead worker. I am also very thankful that the pool is still level after all these years. Since planning with Gary Pools our new swimming pool with Ruben Gonzalez, we had a very nice experience and Ruben was very helpful and always willing to accommodate with our requests for the design fulfilling our expectations and requests.
During the phase of construction of the swimming pool with Gary Pools, our project manager, Matt Pompa was very straightforward with the explanation of the building process and he responded each and every one of our requests and concerns very swiftly, always trying his best to accommodate to our request and needs. His crew also was always willing to do the job with the best quality and care to every detail. We couldn’t be happier with the end result of our pool which now we are enjoying every day.
Joshua Juarez “JJ” is very knowledgeable with the pool setup and very clear with the explanation on how it works and what maintenance should be done to enjoy a safe and nice pool.

Can not say how pleased with Matt Pompa at Gary’s Pool. Him and his team gave us the perfect oasis pool that we wanted. Matt worked closely with us, kepted us in connection with the day to day on going project. When we had a question he was on top of getting back to us with in minutes of us contacting him. The teams that Matt had coming out were courtesy, respectful, and became part of our family. We can not say enough about our experience except EXCEPTIONAL experience.
