Genie Pool and Spa has been amazing to work with. Their pool service is always thorough and reliable, and they consistently keep everything looking great. I’ve also used them for repairs, and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Great service and always on time. Truly a fantastic company and I’m happy to recommend!!
I am a property manager in downtown San Jose and have been using Genie pool for past 15 years. Their service has been excellent across the board, but a few employees stand out. Sergio is one of the managers/supervisors and is always a phone call away. Many companies talk about how great their services are, but how many answer the phone at 1am in the morning? We had a pool water line that sprung a leak and we couldn’t figure out how to isolate the water line, I called Sergio and he tried to assist via phone, but after several minutes, he said – I’m on my way.
Alex is another rockstar, between him and Sergio, they make things happen in the field while the admin staff in the office keep the work orders and invoices accurate.
Two years ago my doctor told me I can’t clean my pool anymore due to my back. I called places and they all had an issue of me having dogs. I found genie pool and spa and Have used them from 2 years to present. They maintain my pool and spa. I also had them do some work to upgrade my pool system. I have been very pleased with them and they keep the pool and spa extraordinary. The staff is amazing. They are super friendly and always there to help with questions. I have a set day as well which is awesome. Another plus they have no issues of anyone owning dogs. I highly recommend genie pool and spa.
Bought a brand new pentair pool walker and it died out of the box. Pentair sent me to another service provider who did not bother to respond. 180 degrees different with Genie.
They were responsive and got the walker fixed in good time and installed it for me without needing me to be around etc. Seamless. Lucky for pentair they have at least one good service provider.
I would recommend Genie Pool but would hesitate to recommend pentair!
I forgot to add: if you get a chance, have Sergio fix your problem for you. He is friendly, helpful and keeps his commitments, which makes the whole process of working with Genie so easy.b
