Anyone can clean a pool, but GL pools is attentive to equipment problems, they can work on any system( i have salt water), and they keep the pool operating at top efficiency so it is ready for my daily swim. I had some outdated equipment that was causing algae so while I waited for the new parts the weekly service took care of the problem with adding product directly in the pool. Everyone on the team is super nice and they work to make me happy with their service.
I recently selected GL Pools to maintain my pool in RSF. They are professional, have excellent communications, send a weekly update with pool pictures and are reasonably priced. In addition, they found a number of big issues that my previous pool service company either ignored or didn’t have the experience to be in the pool business. For example, an incorrectly configured Pentair controller, filthy filters and a calcium-clogged Pentair chlorine generator. If you are having perpetual, unexplained pool issues, move over to GL Pools. Highly recommend.
Very friendly team did an amazing job with our pebble tech plastering. The start up procedure was amazing and the service technicians were prompt thorough and did a great job explaining things. The whole team was very professional and kind. 10 out of 10 would recommend for plastering and services.
Tyler is great. Always thoroughly cleans the pool, you can tell he cares about his profession and customers. Our Golden Retriever absolutely loves him too. Legit the best pool guy I’ve ever had.
Don’t go anyplace else! My pool has NEVER looked like this before. Every aspect of GL Pools is professional, thorough, and honest. From the young man who cleans my pool each week to the people in the accounting department- they are absolutely service oriented. GL is the best.
