   we couldn’t be happier with the pool cleaning and maintenance service we received. giovanni and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. the prep work was detailed, and everything from brushing to vacuuming was handled with care. by mid day, the pool was sparkling clean and ready to enjoy. after the cleaning, kaden stopped by to check and balance all the chemicals, making sure our water stayed crystal clear. a week later, our pool is still looking great and the water is perfectly balanced. this company offers the best mix of good prices and top-notch work. highly recommend for anyone wanting reliable pool cleaning in florida’s hot weather!

   When we made the decision to add a pool to our small backyard in Winter Park, we spoke with several different pool cleaning and service companies. Some places were really pushy, and many made promises that didn’t seem realistic. We chose Happy Guys Pool & Spa because their price and features were great, but what really made the difference was how much attention they gave us as customers. Giovanni, who handled our questions, was always patient and quick to respond, even when we kept changing our minds about pool designs and features. He made us feel listened to and helped guide us through the whole process. Mateo, our project manager, clearly knew a lot about pools and gave honest advice, which helped us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. He always answered our calls and explained how everything worked. At one point, the paver installation didn’t look right—the stones were uneven and a few were chipped. Mateo took care of it right away and made sure everything was fixed perfectly. The pavers are now super smooth and look fantastic. When it was time to start using the pool, Antonio showed us how to take care of everything. He walked us through pool maintenance, explained how the filters and chemicals work, and even cleaned a small stain from the bottom. He was very patient and thorough, which made us feel confident about keeping our pool sparkling clean in the hot Florida weather. Building a pool takes time, especially with permits and inspections, but the whole process was smooth and finished faster than we expected.
