Excellent pool care, repair, and maintenance. Attentive and responsive, especially Andy, who will reply back almost immediately, but always within 24-48 hours. Reasonable fees, and exceptional work when my 20 year old equipment fails and needs to be replaced. They have kept our pool and hot tub healthy for almost 15 years now. I’m a certified pool operator, but I also value my time with family. We highly recommend this company to anyone hoping to reclaim valuable family time, and allow professionals the opportunity to simply manage your pool needs with expertise, skill, knowledge, and professionalism. One of the best budgeting decisions we made years ago (reclaimed our time).

Finding a pool repair provider that can be trusted not to break your bank is hard to find. Houston Pools Unlimited won a new satisfied customer today with fantastic service delivery and resolving. My issue within hours of contacting them. Andy was prompt, efficient and gave an honest assessment of my Hayward pump issue. He replaced it same day and made sure that I’d have a working pump ahead of an approaching freeze. I will be calling again next time I have an issue. Thanks Andy, thanks Houston Pools Unlimited!
Houston Pools Unlimited did an amazing job redoing the entire pool system for me. They upgraded everything with a new Hayward setup, and the difference is night and day. The team was professional, punctual, and really took the time to explain what they were doing each step of the way.
Everything runs smoother now — the water stays clean, the system is quiet, and it’s way more efficient than before. I appreciate the quality of their work and how easy they were to communicate with. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking to update or fix their pool system.
I called Houston Pools Unlimited for an install for a booster pump and pool vacuum and Andy came out the next morning. He did an awesome job and was very friendly and professional I will be using this company again!
