   We checked out a few different pool cleaning companies before choosing hudson bend neighborhood pool service. Derek had cleaned our neighbor’s pool, so we went over to see the results and also compared with a couple of friends’ pools. The pool was sparkling, and all the equipment looked like good quality, which was what we were hoping for. I’m pretty picky about contractors and always look closely at their work, since I don’t want any corners cut that I’d have to fix later. While Derek was working, i noticed he took his time with every step and really paid attention to detail. That made me feel good about the service. We did get some cheaper quotes from other companies, but the equipment and chemicals they wanted to use seemed low quality. With hudson bend neighborhood pool service, I noticed they included things like clear identification tiles on the pool edges, so you can see where the drop-offs are, and extra cleaning along the deep end, which other companies wanted to charge extra for. Their service has been great even after the first cleaning. Whenever i had a question or noticed something with the pool cleaner, Derek was quick to respond and got everything working like new again. The equipment has been running perfectly since. If i ever move and need another pool cleaning company, I’d definitely go with them again. Everyone loves before and after photos, so here you go—just ignore the landscaping, that’s my next job!

   We’ve been using this pool cleaning company in Austin for several years now. When we first moved into our home, they helped us by installing a new pump, doing a deep clean, and making sure our pool was ready to use. Since then, we’ve continued to rely on their services. Just recently, Roger came out to drain the pool, pressure wash it, and fix up some tiles along the waterline. Marvin in the office has always been helpful, showing genuine kindness and really understanding our pool needs. We’re always happy with the work they do and won’t trust anyone else with our pool. They really are the best in Austin for pool cleaning and maintenance!

They really listened to what I wanted, and when I saw the design, it was like they understood exactly what I was imagining. The team kept the area clean throughout the whole process, and my family actually enjoyed watching the pool take shape. Derek was always available when I had questions, which made me feel like I was really involved every step of the way. I even had a dedicated construction manager who made sure everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend their pool service to anyone in Austin looking for a reliable and friendly team.

   Roger came out to help with our pool cleaning and maintenance. He did a fantastic job, worked quickly, and made sure all connections and equipment were in perfect shape. After finishing up, he left the whole pool area clean and tidy. Communication was easy, and the cost was very reasonable. We’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them to anyone in Austin looking for reliable pool cleaning.
