   I can’t say enough good things about Imperial Blue Pools. Noel is the owner and he responded to me right away, even came out the next morning on New Year’s Day when he should’ve been at home resting. He showed up early (not “sometime between 9–3” like most contractors) and didn’t try to guess or upsell before actually looking at everything.

   I’ve been dealing with the same pool issue for over two years, and I’ve had four different contractors try to fix it — all of them charged way more and still didn’t solve the problem. Noel took his time, checked everything properly, and finally fixed what nobody else could.

   It’s rare to find someone who is honest, shows up when they say, and actually knows what they’re doing. I would highly recommend Imperial Blue Pools.

   I solicited quotes from several pool service companies and selected Imperial Blue Pools. They were an excellent choice! Great price, great service and timely installation. The were several hundred dollars cheaper for the same model that others quoted us. They had a firm price for installation and didn’t have any surprise add-ons, which was really important to me. They installed my pool/spa heater three days after I selected them, hauled away the old heater and gave me a quick tutorial. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

   We recently completed a full backyard renovation with Noel, and the results absolutely blew us away. The project included removing our pool, laying new sod, and creating a stunning deck and fire pit area — all finished with beautiful travertine. Noel and his crew were nothing short of incredible.

   In addition to the aesthetic work, Noel also installed a full drainage system for us, including French drains and gutters. This was a crucial part of the project, and it was executed flawlessly. It’s clear that Noel doesn’t just care about how things look — he makes sure everything functions beautifully as well.

   The quality of work is exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, and the craftsmanship throughout the entire space is top-notch. Noel’s attention to detail — and that of his entire crew — is truly impressive. It’s clear they take immense pride in what they do.

   What really sets Noel apart is his communication. He kept us informed at every step, always responsive and transparent. Even after the project was complete, Noel continued to check in on how the sod was doing and offered to replace any areas that weren’t taking well — a true testament to his commitment to quality and customer care.

   We had previously worked with him on pool servicing and were already impressed, but this renovation has taken our appreciation to a whole new level.

   We cannot recommend Noel and his team highly enough. If you’re considering any kind of outdoor renovation, look no further. This is the team you!

   Our pool remodel is beautiful! Imperial Blue Pools helped my neighbor with her remodel. It was lovely! We called Noel, listened to his presentation, and hired him. We had three bids for this work. He was our guy! He is very involved with the project. Always available, easy to contact! The super crews come each day as scheduled, work efficiently and clean up before they leave. We would make same decision again.
