   From the moment we contacted Innova Custom Pools, they were responsive, attentive, and genuinely cared about our satisfaction. They were always available to answer our questions . The team was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with our new pool and would recommend Innova Custom Pools without hesitation. The overall process was smooth and they were quick to rectify any hiccups along the way. Our backyard has been transformed into a beautiful oasis. Building a custom pool felt like a daunting task but their team made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. We ended up with a pool that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It is time for my family to enjoy our new at home paradise.

   Completed and functioning up to their high standards.
   You may find a cheaper quote, but you won’t find a more professional company with the type of customer service that is lacking in this day and age. I’ve heard so many horror stories and seen so many pools looking unusable that I was hesitant to even get a pool, but after seeing the workmanship and quality first hand from family and friends who have gotten an Innova pool, I was sold. The only thing better than the customer service was the quality and craftsmanship of the work on our pool. Innova built our dream pool just in time for us to enjoy it all summer and fall months. We look forward to another season coming up soon.
   Months after the job was completed, Omar reached out to make sure we were happy and still satisfied. This company not only takes pride in their reputation, but satisfaction in customer service.

   Rarely do I leave reviews for products and services I purchase, but I will make an exception for Innova Custom Pools. From the initial meeting with Victoria, to the ongoing interactions with Omar, we were taken back at the friendliness, professionalism, and reassurance throughout the project.

   I highly recommend them to anyone on the fence about building a pool for their family. They are very responsive, timely, and keep you updated at all phases of the project. They went above and beyond, far above our expectations. For such a significant financial commitment, we were initially nervous, but Innova Custom Pools did not let us down from the start to finish. We’ve heard horror stories about working with other pool companies, but that was not the case with Innova. So many people have come by to see our pool and hot tub and are blown away for how it looks.

   From the first initial contact to the end of the project, Omar displayed customer service at its best. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer ANY questions we had regarding the pool project.

   We did not experience any issues/setbacks with the process to project completion. Omar made us aware of every milestone toward the project’s completion. He was always available to address any questions or concerns. Additionally, every person representing Innova Custom Pools who was part of this project was very committed to transforming the design we had envisioned.

   The quality of materials, workmanship, and attention to every detail speaks volumes of QUALITY Innova Custom Pools prides itself on. The end result was everything we wanted and more. Not only Innova Custom Pool built our dream pool, but they also finished the backyard and built a gas fire pit.
