Fantastic job start to finish. The entire crew was courteous, professional, and fast! Whenever we had questions they were responsive and quality was excellent. They even came in off hours to replace our pool lights with new LED bulbs as a courtesy. Pricing was fair.. I highly recommend.
This was a great experience. We went with pebble téc and also loved the choices for standard tile. Greg the tile installer was fantastic as was everyone who worked to make our pool beautiful. These guys know pools! We reached out to 3 companies and J&F by far impressed us the most. Not sorry as we are extremely pleased.
After 33 years of a Tahoe Blue plaster pool and growing signs of aging we decided to resurface it. The only company of three from whom bids were sought that was responsive in the bidding process with details and references – to see and feel pools they have resurfaced in the past with mini pebble finishes -was J&F Pool Plastering, Inc. One of the two brothers who now own the operation, Steve Grigsby, was a pleasure to deal with. Questions were answered in a straightforward and informative way so we chose them for the job.
While they said it might take 4 weeks but to plan for 5 due to the unforeseen, they ended up completing the job in 14 days.
From start to finish, from demolition, clean up, tile work, surfacing and post job cleanup, the crews were friendly, hardworking, polite and conscientious.
What we worried could be a nightmare turned out to be a seamlessly choreographed operation with attentiveness to the customer’s needs and concerns.
I rarely offer reviews but they deserve a top rated review. Thank you!
J and F Pool Plastering inc. did an excellent job plastering my pool. They were on time with schedule and were great at communicating any changes. They also offered excellent referrals for cement and start up support. I would use them again if I ever needed pool resurfaced.
