    My goal last year was to pour more into my home. I reached out to Jose and let me tell you. He was honest, patient, and professional throughout this whole process. Jose explained everything step by step. He is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work. This pool has been amazing and the best investment I have made thus far (not to mention my college going daughter loves the hot tub). Thank you from the bottom of my heart Jose. You helped make my house a home.

    I have been a loyal client of this company for several years, but I am forced to terminate my service due to repeated dishonesty & negligence. Jose’s personality isn’t being reviewed, the service & treatment of pool equipment is. This has nothing to do w/ feeling, just facts.
    As a 100% disabled veteran with a double spinal fusion, I rely on a professional service to maintain my pool. Instead, I caught this company performing a ‘Splash & Dash’
    Key issues: Documented w/ VIDEO PROOF
    • Negligence: A technician, Jose’s son admitted on camera he ‘would figure it out’ to handle my Polaris 280 by replacing the head float, then was rough enough to crack the feed pipe, causing the unit to fail on 16 Dec 25 & me paying another pool company to replace the feed mast the next day. Jose’s wife was right there as we were talking & didn’t speak up. When cleaning the pool she did ask the son if he knew how to do it & he said ” I will figure it out”. They should have been honest when handling a $600.00 machine. Instead of unsrecewing it correctly, he manhandled it and yanked it off. Amazon wouldn’t have the part to my house until 2-6 Jan 2026, so I had to pay another company to fix it so my pool wouldn’t be dirty the week without service. This caused a fee that could have been avoided, but your technicians wouldn’t admit lack of knowledge/training.
    • Dishonesty: Technician, Jose’s son claimed to have been cleaning the pump basket when I asked him on 16 Dec 25, right in front of Jose’s wife. My cameras & physical inspections proved these tasks were never touched & he has been cleaning my pool the past 2 years. Jose even admitted to me on 30 Dec 25 that his son wasn’t trained on that. I already knew this when I saw him trying to open the pump basket with the pump running.
    • Chemical testing not complete: When I confronted the owner, Jose on 30 Dec 25 about the past 2 months that only the chemical test done was the chlorine not PH or Alkalinity. I told Jose this & his response was “thats hard to believe”. I told him it’s all on the ring. He refused to watch any of the ring videos. Jose was dismissive and gaslighting. That day he only checked the chlorine then put in liquid chlorine. Put the test kit away & started cleaning. After seeing this I asked him what the alkalinity was & he lied! “I haven’t checked chemicals yet” was what he told me, even though he tested 1 & dumped liquid chlorine in. The bare minimum is done while allowing the chemistry to destroy the pool’s surface & equipment. Only my island, stairs & spa are brushed, never my tiles or walls. I have been a loyal client who pays in cash every month for years. At the end of our conversation yesterday Jose was grasping at straws making excuses. He said he did some filter cleans for me & didn’t charge. Yes, he did a few years ago & I don’t know why bc businesses charge to make $ Every other company charges but I never received an invoice.**Ring evidence doesn’t lie but you wouldn’t look at it. **You did not fix my heater & I have the text message where you are saying you don’t know where the leak (I found) is from & gave me a name of a company to use. I am a 100% disabled veteran that has had 5 back surgeries so far & trusted you to take care of my pool & not cause damage. **The paperwork from Leslie’s is 100% real!! The build up on my tiles is not from the retaining wall, it is calcium build up that has just been getting worse on your watch bc you never suggested to have my pool partially drained then add fresh water. When you were bad mouthing Leslie’s, the man working there is the one who first told me that it should have been drained by now, especially since I have had a company taking care of my pool. How do you explain the build up that is not by the retaining wall?.***It makes sense after you started taking care of my pool the Hayward TriStar pump failed prematurely. Its considered a top tier pump that easily lasts 10-12+ yrs when taken care of properly. **2021, I had to replace it & you did charge me for labor!! ***”I need your RAIL # from 2021 when I paid you for this.

    If you’re thinking of putting in a pool, I would absolutely highly recommend Jose’s Pools. His respect, customer service, and professionalism are exceptional. He put his heart into his work, and took pride in building my pool. He strives to do an outstanding job from start to finish. He went out of his way to make me happy and provide an affordable, very high-quality pool that other competitors could not match. He didn’t just build me a pool; he made my dream come true. I am happy I went with Jose’s Pools. Thank you Jose. If I could give you 10 stars, I definitely would.

    Where do I begin? Um, Jose’s Pools came into my project with my pool being around 85% complete. I needed plaster and pool equipment installed. Jose graciously took on my project, which he did not start, and finished it fabulously. I can not thank Jose enough for all the work he did to finish my pool. He took into account what my previous pool contractor had left me with, helped me with the cost, and ensured my pool was completed correctly. He went above and beyond and would recommend him to anyone.

    Couldn’t be happier with the level of service from Jose and his crews. From the very first meeting, he made it clear his goal is always to deliver excellent workmanship, on a timely manner within budget. He truly cares about the families he works with. We look forward to seeing him every week, as he also takes cares of our weekly maintenance.
