Jeremy did an excellent job clearing and cleaning our pool, it looks great again. He’s professional, friendly, and very responsive, which made the whole process easy. He arrived on time and worked efficiently to get everything taken care of. I really appreciated his attention to detail and reliability. Highly recommend Jeremy for pool service.
I recently moved to Morgan Hill and needed some help cleaning my pool. Thank god I knew Jeremy and was able to have him come by! He made the pool look brand new and helped me get all the proper materials to maintain the pool. If you ever need some help with your pool I’d highly recommend Jeremy!
We had a terrific experience with Jeremy. We got his number from our local Leslie’s Pro on Blossom Hill Road (the best referral!) and asked Jeremy if he could rescue our aging parent’s pool which had become like a swamp due to neglect. He gave us a fair estimate and worked diligently to restore the pool, coming 2-3 times a week for almost two months to clean, clear and check on the progress of the pool. Each time Jeremy and his team came, he was very courteous and professional, always explaining what he was doing at the moment and what he was planning to do at his next visit. He also suggested which pool filters we needed and when he observed the filters malfunctioned, he notified us immediately so we could get Leslie’s to repair them within the warranty time frame. Jeremy is excellent at communication–he replies in a timely manner, always polite and honest, and regularly texted us pictures to show the progress of the pool. The pool looks amazing now! We will continue to have Jeremy do monthly pool maintenance and are extremely satisfied with his quality of service, expertise, and professionalism. Highly recommended!!
Jeremy was extremely effective to bring the pool to prime state. He was really knowledgable and willing to share how to properly takes care of pools. I would highly recommend him.
If you’re thinking about giving J. P. O. Pool Service a call, do it! Jerry and his team did an excellent job getting our pool from green to beautiful and sparkly in a short period of time. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He helped us identify some problems with our filtration system so we could fix it quickly. We really appreciate his work and attention to detail.
