I have worked with Stacey at LaBella’s for many years. They service pools for a couple of HOA Associations I manage and they’re pricing and service has always been excellent. I highly recommend LaBella’s for your pool service needs.
Our Pentair IntelliFlo pool pump finally failed so I called LaBella’s late on a Friday afternoon to see if someone could come out and determine the cause. Monday morning, Hector arrived and upon inspection, determined the pump motor was no longer functional. As we have a Pentair control system, we were limited in options for the pump replacement but thanks to Paul, he was able to find exactly what was needed with very competitive pricing. On Wednesday, Hector replaced the main pump at which time I decided to also replace the pool sweep pump which he completed on Friday. Amazing service from this company.
The Highland Oaks HOA has being using LaBella’s Pool Service for the last few years. The property has a larger pool and a wader that LabBella’s takes care of. LaBella’s does a fabulous job with the ongoing cleaning and maintenance of our pool facility. What we’ve found incredibly helpful is the ongoing partnership and professional expertise they bring. We’ve had equipment break that they’ve submitted warranties for on our behalf. They’ve come out at various hours to check for leaks as well as drill holes in our wader when we needed it resurfaced. Overall, we’re pleased with LaBella’s and can’t recommend them enough.
I highly recommend LaBella Pool Service. We have had a number of problems with our pool and tried other services without ever resolving them. LaBella showed up and fixed the problem quickly and our pool now looks great. They are responsive and professional.
Mark at LaBella’s was OUTSTANDING with his help on my pool issue. I was having problems with my pool pump and was checking to see if they were factory authorized to work on my pump since it was under warranty.
He said they were not for this type pump but asked what the problem was. I told him and immediately gave the 3 most common problems and what to check. He said look at those and call him back.
When is still couldn’t find the problems and called him back, he gave the next thing and how to isolate the issue. BING GO!!!! I can’t say enough about his old school way of doing business … it was HIGHLY appreciated and I’ll be calling him to service my equipment into the future. Thanks Mark, you are a true “ Service Man”.
