Dishonest company- Steer clear of this company. I agreed to have Jesus come check a leak I thought was a pool leak. The fee to come out was $450. They found the leak, which ended up being irrigation. Jesus said he could fix the leak for $1,600.00 (not a typo). This was a basic PVC irrigation leak and his asking price was not the going market price for a repair like this. Once Jesus realized I wasn’t going to agree to this outrageous price, he then lowered his price to $800.00. I told him that I would find someone else to do the work (which I did and they charge $100). Because I didn’t agree to the price to fix the leak, they covered up the hole where the leak was and did not mark it.
My distain for this company comes down to integrity. They are clearly trying to take advantage of people that don’t know any better. It’s out of pure principle that I’m writing this post. Proceed with caution if you decide to use Lonestar Leak Detection.
Jesus and his team were great! They spent a whole day out here trying to find our leak with no luck! He ended up having to come back a week later to take another look and in the end they found our issue! Plugged it up and was good to go! Would recommend 👍
Victor came to our home and fixed toilet after I was told we would have to replace everything by others. He fixed the 1 issue not making it a bigger issue. Would definitely recommend him and use him again.
These guys are very good at what they do. Found the leak in our pool and fixed at the same time! And the best part was pricing was reasonable. They showed me where the leak was and explain to me the repair process.
Jesus and Vic are great. Very thorough investigating locations of underground leaks. Worked diligently to complete repairs in timely manner. Very polite and professional. Thank you both!
