I had an excellent experience working with the Lou Buck team. They kept in touch with my pool builder and scheduled the pool bring with perfect timing. The pool technician was knowledgeable, disciplined and enjoyed the work. The pool floor was cleaned throughly along with starting pool-chemistry.

we hired Low Buck to do start up service after our pool remodel by Coral pools. Carlos was wonderful to work with throughout the process and the pool looks great! right after he completed the service .I switched to spa from pool and all was fine then the pump quit. not knowing what happened we immediately called Low Buck at 5:30 on Friday evening And to my amazement they got back to us within 30 minutes. worked with hubby to try to diagnose. when that failed they promised a technician in the am. George showed up and quickly worked to debug the issue which was not related to start up but instead to an aging electrical connection to the pump. he fixed it and it we were up and running in less than 24 hours on a weekend! service to the max! I give them the highest recommendations. This outfit is great!

About a year ago I did leave a 5 star review for this organization and naturally reached out to them this time and it was a Disaster from the beginning.
We scheduled the first visit and after a week I find out they didn’t schedule me correctly first time, now we move another few days backward. They show up one day and disappear for few days, no show on schedule time and at last they tell me extra visits gonna cost $85 per visit eventhough it was their mismanagement. This company has dramatically changed and definitely not recommended.
