It’s a great local company—Barry even cleans our pool personally, and you can tell he really cares about his customers. Even after the initial cleaning, they always follow up and respond quickly if anything comes up. Nathaniel, who helped manage our service, is really knowledgeable and always gets back to us fast. They always keep our pool area tidy and looking great, even in the hot Florida weather. One thing we really appreciated is how they stick to their schedule.    We needed a 12×24 above ground pool installed at our home in Lutz, and after reaching out to several pool service companies, Barry was the only one willing to come out for the job. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end. Barry was always quick to respond, made sure the work area was spotless after finishing, and ensured the pool was leveled just right. What stood out the most is that Barry arrived exactly when he promised and didn’t require a non-refundable deposit like other places. We are very happy with our new pool and the excellent service!

   Lutz Neighborhood Pool Services is my new go-to for pool cleaning! The service has been amazing, professional, and always reliable. Nathaniel went out of his way to make sure all my pool needs were met. Switching over to a new sand filter was a breeze, and everything was handled smoothly. Even though I wasn’t home during the installation, Nathaniel came back on his next visit when he brought my new pool lights, and took the time to walk me through every step—showing me exactly how to use and take care of my new filter. Nathaniel also answered all my questions, even the small ones, and made sure I understood how to keep my pool in top shape. He even helped figure out that my pool’s computer board just needed a new fuse, saving me a lot of money because someone else had said I needed a whole new board! I’m super impressed by how friendly and knowledgeable he is. I’ll definitely be calling again whenever I need pool cleaning or maintenance. Highly recommend if you want your pool sparkling clean, especially in this Florida heat!
