   It is extremely rare that I write a review but I had to for Marco Polo Pools. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience and I am so grateful to have found them. Cole and Michael are a rare breed—professional, responsive, knowledgeable, fair/honest are the first things that come to mind.

   My fiancé and I just bought our first home. The pool company that the previous owners were using told us that we would have to drain and refill the entire pool due to delayed maintenance and algae buildup; and they gave me an estimate of ~$2k to do so (this was after nearly a month to back and forth phone tag and missed appointments). I decided to get another opinion so I reached out to Marco Pools. Cole immediately responded that he would be at the house the very next day to inspect and see what our options were at the time. Fortunately, we did not have to dish out the $2k to drain the entire pool; instead, Cole showed up every day for nearly a week to apply treatment, vacuum and make sure the filters etc continued to run smoothly. In less than a week, he turned our swamp-colored pool water back to pristine blue. Incredible turnaround. And he was professional in communicating throughout the process with a quick daily text message to update the progress.

   If seeing is believing, here’s the before and after photos. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys. They’re the best – hands down. Thank you again Cole and Michael! We’re looking forward to continuing business with you.

   Franco has been amazing! I honestly couldn’t ask for a better pool guy. He’s always so thoughtful and goes above and beyond without even being asked. You can tell he really cares about what he does, and it shows every time I look at how clean and well-kept the pool is. It’s such a relief knowing I can count on him. I’m truly grateful for his hard work — thank you, Franco! Marco Polo Pools is very lucky to have such a wonderful and professional individual.

   We moved into our home and Marco Polo was the company already assigned to our pool. At first the service was great when Henry was attending to our pool. We overlooked how difficult it was to communicate with the owner because of this. Now they assigned a new person to our pool and we can not communicate with him since he speaks Spanish. Our salt water cell has been blinking “inspect cell” for over a month! We reached out several times and Michael kept saying he’d come check it out. When we reached out again he blamed his lack of attention to it on a storm that happened a week prior (even though we had been asking him to come check it out for a month!!). To put the cherry on top we have a ring video of the pool guy cleaning the pool filter over the garden bed which has now killed my lavender and rosemary! I’m beyond frustrated and still can not be bothered to get a response from Michael.

   Needed my water pump replaced and last pool tech was unresponsive. Marco Polo was able to see me wishing the week and installed a new water pump that’s been saving me money on my electric bill. The new pump has a bunch pre programmed setting which enjoy. Veteran owned business

   My pool has never looked better!! This company has been nothing but helpful😁😁 VERY RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES! I have been telling my friends and family to use their service☺️
