McKinney Pool service has great communication. Seth and his team are very responsive and helpful if anything comes up they reply very promptly. Their rates are very reasonable and the services provided have been fantastic! Our pool and infinity spa have been well taken care of. Highly recommend! In fact I just recommended them to a a friend!
Buying a house with a pool was my wife’s idea as I was worried about the upkeep and maintenance of a pool. With McKinney’s Pool Service, the hassle of keeping the water in top order is gone and all we need to do is swim and enjoy. Robert, our pool guy, is great to work with and answers any of our questions. My mindset has changed, love having the pool. We get a full report each week with photos included.
After several terrible pool service companies over the last ten years, I finally decided to choose a reputable company. At first I was wary of the price for the service, but I’m so glad I got over it. McKinney’s has taken care of my pool needs very well. They send a weekly report with photos for transparency and are responsive to calls and questions in a timely fashion every time. My tech’s name is Bobby and lets me know of any issues he encounters. I highly recommend using them if you’re tired of other unreliable folks!
We have been using the great staff from McKinneys for over a year. They have attentive staff that love to let my dog help them each week. The team communicates often and effectively, keeping me apprised of any issues or recommendations for my pool. My pool has many rocks around the edge and it means more nooks and crannies for algae. They always take care of this and more, throughout the year. I highly recommend them.
Mckinney’s pool is the best service ever! They are very honest and professional. I had a situation with my pool and the service maintenance “ Brian” was very attentive and passionate about my pool cleaning process. Thank you Brian for your true dedication and commitment!
