Michael was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took time to explain things until I understood them. My spa jets and heater are fixed and working great! He’s now my go-to expert. I highly recommend!!
Outstanding cleanliness and timeliness. Pool is crystal clear always with Michael’s Pool Service. I’m not sure who could give less than 5 stars. I have been pleased at the greatest level with their service.
The reputation of a company starts at the top. The way Mike talks to customers is indicative of the service they provide when a problem presents itself. Over 12yrs of service with them, there have been a few that have popped up on our small pool that’s not the easiest to service. But it doesn’t warrant a threatening nasty attitude, especially towards people, especially a spouse via email saying the house could catch on fire. Overall, if you are looking for a pool service, I would pause or hesitate to use them.
Btw. His response is exactly what was expected. We are looking to remove the pool and are waiting on an architect, zoning, etc. Maybe goggles are needed as they should look internally at the way they respond to their customers.
We have used Michael’s pool service for just over two years. Everything was just great. We bought an automatic pool cleaner and my husband screened off leaves everyday, so the tech had little to do except add chemicals and clean the filter.
This past March when we opened the pool we noticed it was green. So we contacted Michael’s and they fixed it. Our regular tech had quit so perhaps that is why it was green. This week they just up and canceled us saying they were having trouble keeping help so they were dropping all their un-caged pool customers. Hope they adjust their ad to indicate uncaged spotless pools will no longer be serviced.
Have to say… One of the worst customer service Ive experienced. Not only did this company erroneously sync our salt cell to the wrong motherboard code, they also caused damage to our pool pump as verified by our home warranty where we had to buy another pool pump. Just look at how much he packed our basket with chemicals where it lowered the vacuum pressure in our skimmer. But it gets worst… The owner instead of listening and talking calmly to the people that support his business, Yells at and relegates anyone who tries to converse with him in such a demeaning way. If you point out something that was overlooked (as caught on our ring camera) he denies it and then yells at you the customer. It got so bad that after the second visit from the owner (keep in mind his team was servicing my pool for 6 months all smiles except we didn’t get a basket we had been asking for 6 months), the owner had such a egotistic and impossible personality yelling and dismissing any concern of the customer, I had no choice but to fire them. It wasn’t his team. It was the owner. Good luck to anyone who can deal with being belittled over pool service.
