Natural Springs Pools’ team were phenomenal. Louis was excellent in design and communication. Robert was my project manager had great communication. Travis and Jimmy were amazing post construction. The accounting team Lauren and Amber were super helpful. The entire team was efficient and I could tell took great pride in what they do. Highly recommend this company we couldn’t be happier.
We met and got quote estimates from five different pool companies. Natural Springs was not the cheapest or the most expensive they were right in the middle, but Louis our sales guy was the most knowledgeable of anyone that we met with and easy to work with. After signing with Natural Springs, we were passed on to Lauren and Eric for scheduling and inspections. Lauren was great and always responsive. Eric was great, and everything ran on track and smoothly. I would recommend Natural Springs to everyone. I hear of so many pool company nightmares and this was the best process we could have hoped for.
Natural Springs did an amazing job! This was our second project with Natural Springs. We use them 10 years ago on our old house. And we just finished a pool and spa with them on our new home. Louis in sales was easy to work with. The project manager and support staff kept me informed of everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them!
Natural Springs Pools and Spas is my highest recommendation for a pool installation. From the time I first contacted the designer a company representative had been in touch with me throughout the process. My pool was completely done in under six months and has been trouble free. I take these reviews seriously and I waited until I was sure that there were no problems with the pool before I posted it. My pool is beautiful and worry free. I was never left in the dark about any part of the process. Someone from the company called me at least once a week to explain what the next part of the process was and answered all of my questions.
Great job building my pool. 10/10 highly recommend. Eric was my project manager. He did a great job. Luis was my sales rep and he went over everything. Jimmy helped me with “pool school”. 10/10
