My pool pump had a huge problem right before I was leaving town for 3 weeks – I was in a total panic! And James from Next Level Pool Service saved the day!!!! He came over that day- on a Sunday no less- & was able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time!! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, competent, reasonably priced and really cared that I got great service! Highly recommend!!!!!!!
I have had a great experience with Next Level Pool and Service! James is very knowledgable, attentive, and friendly. Overall, excellent service and communication. The pool and spa are looking great. I highly recommend James and Next Level Pool and Service for all your pool and spa needs!
This is the worst pool service. James will constantly tell you that your pool needs extra services to squeeze more money out of you. They spent less than 5 minutes each week cleaning my pool. They give you $50 off your bill if you post a good review, that’s why you see positive reviews. He told me I needed a new pump which he overcharged me for and required cash payment. I told him I needed the paperwork so I could contact the company to register the pump for the warranty. He never provided it and claimed he filed it. My new pool service technician said this was one of the dirtiest pools he had ever seen. It was full of algae and the salt cell wasn’t working. He has spent many hours trying to get the pool cleaned up.

Next Level Pool Service was sold to Cabana Pool Service in November 2025. I have had two pool maintenance services with Cabana and they seem to be doing a great job so far.
Next Level Pool Service and Repair is a FIVE STAR company! I have had algae problems in my pool for many months and have gone through six other pool companies/people in the last 24 months. Each one misdiagnosed the problem and just dumped in more & more shock and filled the floater with stabilized chlorine. This only made the situation worse raising CYA levels to the point I had to drain my pool and scrub it from top to bottom. I finally found Next Level Pool Service and Repair and James came out and told me exactly what happened and what to do to resolve the algae problems once and for all. He rebalanced the new water in the pool and thoroughly cleaned the pool filter. He was extremely knowledgeable about pool chemistry, maintenance, care, and pool equipment and took the time to explain every step with me. His rates are comparable to other companies and the quality is far superior. If you want above & beyond pool service/repair/maintenance, call James at Next Level Pool Service and Repair! TOP TIER!!
I like the X-Man👍, the spa was foaming up big time this morning. Mom and I just went and dropped the dogs off. I come back at Crystal Clear water , looks like it’s ready to jump in,not one bit of foam.👍
