I can’t say enough good things about Luis and his team at Nikki’s Pool company. We bought our current home with a pool already installed. It is our first experience with having a pool. So when it came time to hire a pool company, we just went with the pool company that the prior owners had contracted with and claimed to have a great experience with. We went on like this for a few years and had a number of mishaps. Time to switch pool companies! Asked a number of friends and the resounding response was Nikki’s Pool. We have been delighted ever since the switch – no comparison to the prior company — they are THAT much better. Great weekly maintenance (chemicals always in balance!), and Luis really knows his stuff when it comes to diagnosing and replacing old or broken parts (including the computer panel and internal circuitry that runs all the equipment). He offers competitive pricing, promptly responds to service calls when something’s not working, and to top it off, he is an overall nice guy with whom it is a true pleasure to work. Stop looking at the other guys and go with Nikki’s Pool. You won’t be disappointed.
I’ve been using Luis and his team for weekly pool cleaning and related services and they are fantastic! Luis is always professional & very reliable and as others have mentioned he will take the time to explain the details. His diligence and friendly service make all the difference. When there are any issues, Luis definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. I highly recommend Luis/Nikki’s Pool for anyone looking for reliable pool maintenance!
I can’t say enough good things about Luis. Luis came out a day ahead of his original timeline to help diagnose a pool pump failure. He was super considerate and he brought me with him to look at the issue, diagnose it and gave me an explanation of the problem. He was polite, honest and even gave me recommendations on other issues I was having with my UV filter. I would recommend Luis to anyone else looking for prompt, excellent customer service, especially on a weekend! You will be in good hands with Luis.
This is our first experience owning a pool. Understanding pool chemistry and equipment operations can be overwhelming. Luis helped us learn the system and provided timely coaching, including a pool school. Getting started was overwhelming, as we had other home ownership items to address, but Luis demonstrated that he cared. Luis has many years of experience, understands how to diagnose problems and has a desire to satisfy the customer. Give Luis at Nikki’s Pool an opportunity to provide quality service at a fair price. When it comes time to hire a pool company, consider the relationship as well as the technical expertise.
Luis was outstanding. He came out the same day I called him and fixed an issue I was dealing with. He also took the time to improve on the system and rebuilt my chlorine tower. He was knowledgable and I expect my pool will work even better.
His price was incredibly reasonable compared to the level of work he provided!!!!
