We’ve been using Northside Pool Management since we moved into our home in June, and the experience has been excellent from day one. They communicate clearly and always let me know when they’re on their way, which I really appreciate. After every visit, I receive a full report outlining what was completed, the current water levels, and what to plan for going forward. It’s so helpful knowing exactly where things stand without having to ask.

NPM treated our pool from green to clean. It was a complex job and they handled it well with their specialized vacuum equipment. The result was leaving our in-ground pool and spa sparkling blue!
We also decided to sign up for the weekly plus monthly service plan for our pool and spa. I used to manage on my own, no more! Hassle free. The service has been excellent! Pool equipment was prepped for the pool season same-day. We now leave it up to the experts for professional water treatment for safety and enjoyment.
The owner is very knowledgeable, answers questions, communicates quickly, shares recommendations, and fair transparent pricing. The staff is prompt sending a text reminder they are on their way and always perform a spotless professional clean and treatment. Thank you NPM!
Northside pool management is a fantastic pool management company. The owner, Bryan Heath is a pleasure to work with, very professional, respectful and truly cares about the service he provides. If you are looking for a pool service company and want a company that will do the job right and never want to worry about who is at your house doing the work then Northside pool management is the company to hire. My pool is crystal clear all year round and running smooth.
Love this company (owner is a straight good dude, as well)! Very consistent service, always get text/email updates with pics and services completed each visit. We have a Mini Pool, and they were flexible with care and pricing to accommodate our niche setup!
