   Every time I have issues with my hot tub or just simply need to know something about hot tub care, I always call Randy Shirley at Olympia Pools and Spas! Randy knows his business and is one of the nicest and most professional people in the business! I would recommend him 100 times over anyone! Take my advice y’all give Randy Shirley a call. He can turn problems into Paradise again!

   Our waterfall stopped working. We called Olympia pools. They came out and fixed it and I’m one happy customer. James took such great care of us! Very friendly and professional.

   My pool constructor recommended this company for maintenance and repair work to my pool. I read their reviews and they were good and decided to call them. My own experience was rather the opposite of many reviewers. I expected a professional performance but I experienced a rather careless approach. I should have suspected it when they asked me for my credit card before their visit.
   I expected a thorough evaluation of my equipment, the pool heater ($160) and the rest of the equipment (an extra $80). I was told that the heater needed a part which should be ordered and replaced at a later time. However, the heaters operation could not be checked because the turn on/off switch was stuck and needed replacement. By the way, the heater was installed with the pool 5 years earlier but was never used at all! The rest of the equipment “appeared” to work fine, but no particular check was performed. In addition, the technician did not seem to be knowledgeable with some features of my pool system, i.e., the solar recirculation system and the Zodiac Duo Clear System, which he did not evaluate.
   After the technician left, I tried to turn on the heater myself and to my surprise it was turned on, i.e. the switch was not defective. After a few days I received a response from the company that the part was available and that I could be charged an extra $160 plus the cost of the part to replace it. I complained to the office about this practice but I was dismissed. And then I became suspicious that maybe the stuck switch was a pretext for the second visit and the extra charge.
   I ordered the part from Amazon at half the cost of this business and decided that I do not wish to do any more business with this establishment. I do not recommend this company for your pool service because I do not trust their honesty and thoroughness in their work.

   I’ve been using Olympia to service my pool for several years, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. Their staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

   Randy has always communicated well with me—he’s quick to answer my questions and address any concerns I have. Jose comes by every week right on time to clean the pool thoroughly and often shares helpful tips on how to keep the pool running efficiently. James has expertly handled equipment repairs over the years and is always professional and reliable.

   I highly recommend Olympia to anyone in need of quality pool servicing.

   I had a great experience with Olympia Pool after 2 previous contractors failed to find the real issue that was causing major repairs needs. Tony spent a lot of time examining all the elements of the pool and possible problems. Once the issue was identified he provided a plan to make all the necessary repairs and the work was completed very quickly. The quality of the work is excellent and I couldn’t be more pleased with the end results! Highly recommended ⭐️
