Called for a repair and first guy shows up and lied the entire the visit. I still have never seen a repair because there wasn’t one. Second guy, Ronnie, said many complaints of 15 because 1st guy, now I find the general mgr. Ronnie cleaned filter yet said he would return. I asked him when he said just back wash. 😂 . I spoke with owner and she said I sign agreement…bs I signed use of credit card when repair done. Was never a repair !
Now the scammers want to sue. This outfit are liars beside being complete scammers. Beware !!!
First guy also dumped several rocks in pool. Ronnie removed them and removed robot skimmer which was left in pool fof three days and ruin.

Micah love helped me out a lot and he’s the best employee there!They went above and beyond to ensure my pool was in top condition, explaining everything they were doing along the way. We’ve been very happy with Matt, Zach and the other team members of Omega Pool Services! Each time they service the pool they are communicative about what was performed and how long before we can reenter the pool. There have been a few times we had questions on and they were prompt to respond and even come out when we needed them to!
As a new pool owner, we have been blessed to have Ronnie as our pool service technician. He has proactively identified and assisted us with matters before they became issues that we might not have otherwise identified. I really appreciate and am thankful for the level of care and service he provides. Thank you, Ronnie!
Hello all, I can’t say enough great things about Matt and Omega Pool. We were introduced to Matt through our pool builder Selah. Matt is an expert in chemical, since this is our first pool, we always depend on him on how to operate the filter system. Along with Matt assistant . Our pool always looks great. When something comes up, he’s quick to let us know and provide options. Great guy and great service!
