We had a fantastic experience with Omega Pools from start to finish. Bobby, one of the owners, handled the design and permits and did an outstanding job, especially considering our backyard space was limited due to an easement. His expertise and attention to detail really made the design work beautifully within those constraints.
Gustavo, also an owner, was excellent during the construction phase. He did a great job making a few smart adjustments to the original design that truly improved the final result. He was always available for phone calls, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. His project manager, Pepe, was very hands-on and visited the site regularly to make sure everything was executed properly, which gave us great peace of mind.
Once the pool was completed, Gustavo also took the time to give us a full “pool school,” walking us through maintenance and chemicals, which we really appreciated as new pool owners.
The entire team was professional, organized, and clearly cared about delivering quality work. We are extremely happy with the outcome. We now have a beautiful pool. Thank you for transforming our small backyard into a useful and lovely space that will bring great memories to our family. Highly recommend!.
From beginning to end, Omega Pools put us first and made sure we felt comfortable in each step. If we ever asked for anything, one or more of the team members gave us an answer and always made sure to follow up on it. They are earnest, honest, friendly, have a passion for and take pride in what they do. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to put build a pool. Neither of us grew up with a pool, so felt a little apprehensive about diving into not only the process or building a pool, but maintaining it afterwards. We felt completely supported the entire process and educated on how to take care of the pool ourselves. They delivered the exact design they showed us on/below budget and followed through on all of the details to make sure it looks good. Truly delightful to work with!
Omega Pools are the Best of the Best. Bobby provided us with a design that exceeded our expectations. Our water feature is a work of Art that is beautiful on or off. My wife could not be happier. Gustavo handled the operations side along with Pepe and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I retired from the construction industry after 45 years and know the difference between a good contractor and a great one. Omega Pools has good subcontractors that have worked for them for many years. Anyone choosing Omega Pools will not be disappointed.
