Renovating a pool is not cheap so making sure you choose the right company is extremely important. My wife and I received 6 quotes. Orlando Pool Tech came out on top. Mirko came to our house and was very thorough in explaining the process and answering all the questions we had. His communication was excellent. Maria and Gustavo were also excellent to work with. The team kept us informed, they gave us a step by step run down of process. We added a bench to our shallow end and from day one they assured us that it would be exactly what my wife wanted, and they delivered.
The crew that worked on the pool was very efficient, they were clean, polite and they also answered any questions we had. Their attention to detail was top notch. Our pool was 23 years old and now looks like a brand new pool. We love it.
We cannot thank Orlando Pool Tech enough for their professionalism, their attention to detail and their patience for all our questions and inquiries. Our pool is over 36 years old and really needed an update. The old tile and finishes were outdated, so I decided it was time for a new look. I have to say, I am beyond happy with how everything turned out! Maria, Gustavo, and their entire crew at Orlando Pool Tech were absolutely wonderful to work with.
Since this was my very first renovation, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they made the whole process easy and stress-free. The pool now looks amazing, and I’ve already received so many compliments from friends and family. The quality of their work is excellent, and their pricing is very fair compared to other companies.
Before choosing Orlando Pool Tech, I did my homework and got quotes from four other pool companies. None of them compared to the level of service, attention, and care I received here. Even after the job was finished, they’ve continued to be available for any questions or needs, which really shows how much they care about their customers.
To me, they’re not just another pool company—they truly treat you like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate or update their pool.
Got my pool resurfaced. After draining we realized how worse it really was and it was clearly due time. Gustavo was very kinda and explained everything well and how the process would work over the days of construction. Throughout the process we did have some communication issues with time frame misunderstandings, call backs or when things were scheduled for, got confusing for a bit on what days certain things were going to be done. But all was discussed with Gustavo and the end when he asked about feedback. Everything we discussed was explained or had been fixed when voiced our concerns that day about something. They came in and got to business and we got lucky with the weather and it only took 3 days. Gustavo recommended a great pool cleaning company(magical pools) as well and I’m very happy with cause I’ve had issues with others in the past.
They did a great job. In a timely manor and would recommend.
Resurfacing of my pool was done in two days. Men arrived on time, worked hard, did a great job, cleaned up everything before they left. I am very pleased. Photos of completed resurfacing.
Gustavo a and his team did a fantastic job replacing my pool heater. Once it was completed he explained how the system worked with this new equipment. All is running fantastically. Thanks for your Superior service.
