   The Owner Brian is so so rude and unprofessional, with me and clearly many other San Diegans, just look at his other reviews below. He tells people off or deflects real problems…worse than Trump or any other HOT HEAD I see on the streets. What a disaster, can’t believe he is still biz. Horrible. Avoid. Caution.

   Used for years. New pump installed incorrectly, no book to show how to program or warranty card. Heard air bubbles under cover late night. Would point out but nothing done . They had it running 24 hrs a day for months. Didn’t seal it correctly.
   Too bad his employees don’t speak english or they could have told owner. I now have nicest guy referred to me on Next Door.
   Fixed problem on first visit. Showed me the incorrect work by this company.
   Also didn’t receive bill in mail for months. His CPA didn’t bill me. Big bill. Who pays for service at beginning? Doesn’t one pay at end of month for work completed?

   We’ve been using Paradise Pools for over a year to clean and maintain our infinity edge pool here in Santaluz.
   During that time, we had them switch over our pool to saltwater, replace worn out pumps and now most recently, they came to our rescue to fix some major tile leaks and get everything working perfectly at the last minute, right before a very important party we were having at our house.
   Brian the owner and his staff are caring, extremely efficient and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a high quality, dependable pool company. Not only that, they’re reasonably priced too!
