   Han’s at Payan Pools has been great. He’s our service tech and he takes great care of our pool and it’s always perfect. They don’t rush in and out and he takes the time to do it right. The rest of the staff at Payan are very friendly and professional. I would highly suggest Payan if you’re looking for a new pool service company.

   Payan Pool has been in charge of our pool maintenance and general repairs and systems last 13 years outstanding service as well as people to work with always go above and beyond to let us know if there’s any issues that they see and quickly we addressed them always been a pleasure having them come weekly to maintain and take care of our pool in our little piece of paradise making our home in yard. perfection highly recommend Payan Pool pools and their staff trustworthy and dependable.

   Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Payan Pool.
   After spending over $30,000 remodeling my pool, I hired Payan Pool believing they were a professional, reputable company. That was a costly mistake.

   Within a few months, I tested my pool and discovered the chlorine level was over 15 PPM—a level that is flat-out dangerous. Payan Pool came out, tested the water, and admitted their technician, Guillermo, dumped FOUR GALLONS of chlorine into the pool. Not an accident. Not a small error. Gross incompetence.

   Months later, the same nightmare happened again. My nieces went swimming and had to get out immediately due to burning skin and painfully irritated, red eyes. I tested the water—chlorine over 14 PPM AGAIN. At this point, it was clear this company either doesn’t know what it’s doing or simply doesn’t care about safety.

   Because the chlorine was so excessively high, the ONLY way to bring the levels down was to completely DRAIN THE POOL. A freshly remodeled pool had to be drained because of their negligence. The over-chlorination also stained and damaged my brand-new plaster, undoing part of a $30,000 investment.

   Javier, the owner, acknowledged the damage and promised to “take care of it,” then did what he does best—made excuses, avoided accountability, and disappeared.

   This company is dangerous, careless, and unprofessional. Over-chlorinating a pool to the point of causing chemical burns, property damage, and a full drain is beyond unacceptable—it’s negligence. And the fact that it happened more than once says everything.

   ⭐️ 1 STAR. If I could give zero stars, I would—because this company managed to turn a brand-new pool into a safety hazard and then walk away from the damage they caused
