   Peak Pools and Spas was the first company to get back to me when I reached out. We felt very lucky to have a positive experience with this pool builder. We love how the pool came out, it is easy to keep up and we continue to get compliments from neighbors and people who visit. We have a small back yard and Peak Pools and Spas was willing to design a perfect pool for our yard and make adjustments. We are on our third year and continue to enjoy our pool. Highly recommend.

   After careful consideration of another custom pool builder and a national company, we selected Peak Pools, and so pleased with the results. Though not without challenges (as every pool building experience is), the Peak Pools team delivered a quality product within the limitations of a small Heights backyard. Ben Peak supervises all his contractors and communication with the company is top notch. Would recommend this pool builder without reservation

   My family met with 6 Houston pool companies before establishing a relationship with Peak Pools for our home in Houston Heights. We found Peak Pools to be unique in their approach to helping families through a major decision. We encountered a combination of high pressure sales tactics (i.e. no willingness to speak about costs until significant time was invested by the salesman and a lack of engagement due to higher volume businesses). Peak Pools was pragmatic, not constantly focused on the upsell, and just gave practical feedback about the pro’s and con’s of what WE wanted. For any issues, questions, or concerns, Peak Pools was readily available and always responded quickly to anything sent their way. I highly recommend Peak Pools; they are easy to work with, listen, and provide service well beyond expectation.

   First things first – we are extremely happy with how our pool turned out and would ABSOLUTELY use Peak Pools and Spas again if we had the opportunity to build another pool. Building a pool is a big commitment and can be a stressful experience but Ben really helped us get through it and the project turned out better than we had ever hoped. Ben and Claudia are very hands-on, thoughtful, helpful, responsive, accommodating, etc. After getting quotes and meeting several pool contractors, picking Peak Pools was really a no-brainer. Highly recommended!
