Been a customer for 20 years. Nothing but reliable service and fast turnaround on maintenance and repairs. They even upgraded my system multiple times. Also best prices available.
I was just driving down highway 101 in the fast lane going with the flow of traffic and was safely coming up on a truck. The person was kind enough to get over a lane and allow me to easily pass. (Personally, I thought how nice of them to do this so quickly, OH, but NO!!!
As soon as I passed, they swerved back into the fast lane getting right behind me and getting extremely close. I’m talking dangerously close I had no choice but to speed up, cause if I would have slowed he may have rear ended me
In my rear view you could see this person screaming at me. I simply rolled down my window and flipped him off. This prompted him to get in the middle lane and drive along side of me, he was frantically screaming and waving his hands, totally road raging. I just laughed, cause right on the side on his truck was his business info. (See pics).
I just drove on and thought wow, this dude really thinks he owns the road. What an insane, angry person. Here on Google I see many others have had issues with his anger and what is most amazing is someone else posted about his road raging in the past. Hot Head Alert!
Stay away. Extremely rude and if you are their customer you better hope no equipment will break down or you can expect weeks of back-and-forth of them promising to come and fix it and never showing up. I had the owner scream at me I’ve the phone and hang up – all because he couldn’t come at the week they promised to. I guess he had a bad day, but do yourself a favor and find someone else to service your pool.
The young man who cleaned my pool was amazing but the office has horrible communication. Same as previous review, the owner yelled at me and hung up the phone. Canceled my service with them immediately. Definitely look somewhere else.
Larry and team always respond quickly to any equipment issues and our pool and cover are well maintained.
