We had Rodrigo and his team out to repair our main circulation pump and get our blower for the spa working again. They came when they said they were coming and did the necessary repairs without trying to up-sell us on stuff we didn’t need. We will totally have them out again do repairs on our pool equipment in the future.
Thank you Rodrigo and team! My pool is now fully functional. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Rodrigo was very knowledgeable. They installed two new motors. Now my waterfall, pool and cleaner work great. I will call them for all my future repair needs!
Rodrigo and his team did a great job cleaning our DE filter, replacing our spa light as well as fixing a leaky valve. Very responsive, professional and reasonable. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!
If you’re looking for an honest professional that won’t gouge you, Rodrigo and Phoenix Pool Services are all you need for rest of your pool’s existence. Pinch-a-Penny’s tech ( off of Louetta and Grant) absolutely destroyed my equipment to try and sell me a whole new system. I ended up buying a whole new filter, tried to install it myself, but just couldn’t get it right. Leslie’s wouldn’t install it bcuz I didn’t buy it from them, so I had to find an independent installer – also not easy, and from my experience, risky too. Rodrigo came, saw everything, and wasn’t phased by the mess. Fair price, and the work is super clean! 5 Stars ALL DAY LONG! Also way faster than expected! Thanks Rodrigo!!!
Moving in to new place and really needed someone to come help me understand the pumps. Rodrigo came over that day and helped me understand and fix the issue faster and better than other pool techs I called to help. Highly recommend!
